Hello please help me if this would be a case?

I have been accused not paying for a gas. The gas station have my car license plate and edited video of the car and me.I been told my card was declined after I left the store but I verified with my bank and there was no transsaction attempted or denied at all. I watched the video and show that I paid for it with cash for the day they are sill accusing me for not paying. I have the receipt but their Head office bothering and forcing me to pay for the gas that didn't pumped at all. They told me that I got to pay for the gas or they will turned me to collection agency

If you paid and you have the receipt, tell them to sue you. Tell them that if they ruin your credit rating, you'll sue them.

Yes, laugh at them and tell them to turn it over to them, and tell the collectors to stop contacting you ever about it,
Tell them to sue you, and just keep your proof that you paid it.

Thanks for your advise. This gas station have already just sent me the notince to pay if not they will take me to court under MN statute 604.15. So far they wrote me three letters and talk with head office twice to soulve the issue but they never.
