    Dual OR resident tax status
    I have moved from India to US on sep 20 - L1 Visa. I will be staying for 102 days until 31-dec-2010. I have also made several trips this year - which amounts in total 180 days & more in USA. For filing US tax for 2010 - what would be my resident status? Dual OR resident - what are pros/cons? Please help on this..

    You will be dual-status if the number of says in the U.S. exceeds 183 days,
