Its totally cool if nobody answers as I don't know if this is OK... but I have just broken up with my boyfriend after 3 yrs, he's telling me I'm making a big mistake. Kind a scared now that I could be. I have been so so so unhappy and now its over with him I'm even lower.

I'm a very spiritual person but I seem to have lost my way. Not really sure were my path lies and have lost the motivation to seek it. I feel so far away from myself that I consider myself lost.

It does not matter what this guy is saying to you. What matters is what you are saying to yourself. You have decided to end this because it was your choice, and you were unhappy. Honestly though even if you feel lower, or even if there are rougher waters coming. Do you know what will happen. This rough ride, these rough waters will be a growing experience for you.
