Moved from India to US in sep
I moved to USA in Sep 2010 on L1 transfer. My employer is deducting tax for my income earned in US. Now, when I will file return in India for 2010-2011 financial year, would I have to include my US income? I will stay less than 180 years in India for Financial Year 2010-2011. Any comments would be appreciated

Under normal international tax laws, income earned in another country is taxable ONLY in that country. That does NOT apply to U.S. citizens, but most other countries follow that rule.

Now, I have read that India is considering CHANGING that rule to follow the U.S. model, who taxes U.S. citizens on ALL world-wide income.
