I am looking for a movie that I saw when I was younger. These two kids tie their sisters shoelaces together while she is asleep in a car. They have a wreck and the girl can't get out. She dies in the car. She later comes back to haunt her family.If anyone has ever seen this movie I would love to know the name of it.
