My period I s19 days late and I did home test and blood test and all came back no prengent been feeling upset ,have lots of cramps

I think that you need to go to an obgyn... Not one of the free clinicks... a good one... and ask for a ultra sound on your lower areas... that way if there is a little one in there than they can see him/her... you could have something else wrong like a cicst on your overy... or a bladder or urinary tract infection... if you can get an ultra sound it will awncer a lot of your questions for u
