Okay so I was pulling out of a ally and there where three cars me a van and some other car. As I would I would sit and wait for my turn. But the driver of the van told my to go with a motion of the hand. Should I fight this ticket. And this is my fist ticket ever

If you can have the time off for the court date, I would always show up and plead not guilty,
1. the officer may not be there
2. they may not be able to prove you did it

You have nothing to lose in pleading not guility, the worst, they find you guility
