    Disabiltiy child support
I am disabled and I have custody of my three kids my question does the non custodial parent have to pay child support if I am getting social security benefits for myself and I collect for them off my social security

I don't see why s/he wouldn't have to pay child support, although support laws vary by location and numerous other factors.

Does your ex see the children? If so, how often? What is the current physical custody/placement schedule arranged at?

Were not divorced yet I'm working on that now, does she see the kids well only 1 time in the last 3 months by her choice physical custody resides with me the kids only have 8 hours of visitation with her a week(per court order) as there are issues with children s protective service (she had one of the kids living with her children s protective service removed the child and gave the child back to me) and said she is not to have them at all my situation is that I am on ssd (social security disability) the kids collect because they are under 18 years of age. We live in Washington state

Yes of course, your income may be taken into consideration as any income would be.
