    How long do you have to contest a will in the state of Pa.
    My aunt recently died in October and the will is in the process of probate.How long do I have to contest the will if I have too in Pa.

    Depending on how you want to contest a will I would suggest you get with a good probate attorney as soon as possible. Wills are not probated in a big hurry but please don't delay as you must make your protest known before the final probate by the Judge is completed. And good probate attorneys are not cheap either so if you are contesting a lot of money for instance versus Aunt Jenny's chest of drawers then it might be worth the expense. Call and get a consultation before deciding one way or another.
