I have a question regarding to German permanent visa. I am living in Germany for almost 4 years. I have a German girlfriend, and we have a baby by now. We are not married yet. I went to Rad-House in the city and signed all the papers regarding the fatherhood. I want to ask you: May I apply for permanent German visa or not? Appreciate you help.
