When turn plotter on display message comes up !err-pen looked in manual nothing in error messages troubleshooting. Don't know if you can help me or came across this before.

When you turn on the plotter push the pen down at the same time
And hold until display reads roll or leaf then let go of the pen. That should work. I have the same problem with my Mimaki cg45.

Once I carried out this process it works. Be sure to set the remote for cutting after.
