I guess this could be in either television or music but I'll put it here since it's about music. I'm looking for the title of a great documentary about the history of rock music. I believe it was aired sometime in the early to mid 1990s and was narrated by Lovin' Spoonful lead singer John Sebastian. It featured interviews and clips of rock musicians of the 1960s to 1980s.

Maybe The Golden Age of Rock and Roll? I looked John Sebastian up on IMDB, and it looked like there were quite a few documentary type programs that he hosted. You might want to go to that site and take a look at the listings they have. (Choose the 'Self' tab, if it's not The Golden Age of Rock and Roll, you might find what you're looking for there.)
