Im a foreigner in the U.S, I lost my passport and I've applied for a duplicate one. Im scheduled to travel within the U.S next month, but Im not sure if I will receive the passport by then. I want to know what whether a copy of my passport, I-20, college id and the police report stating the loss of my passport would be enough during the check in process

How are you going to travel ?
Do you have some other government issued ID, a drivers license from your nation perhaps ?

Im traveling by flight. Unfortunately I don't have any state id from my country.
