Driving without insurance
Driving without a valid sticker
And failure to apply for change of ownership permit
What should I do... plead guilty and ask for diversion - I am guilty plenty of proof I am

I have no advice (other than being well dressed, standing straight, and being respectful) but do have a question: what was the sequence of events, over what period, and was there any deception involved? If you bought the car and failed to register and insure it, whose plate were you using, etc?

If you get the proper proof of insurance and proper sticker BEFORE the hearing you may get away with just a fine and avoid having your license suspended. I don't know what a "change of ownership permit" is - please explain.
