I have a 95 Honda Civic DX 4 dr. The speedometer does not work but the tachometer and odometer do work. What do I need to replace?

If your vehicle odometer is clocking miles, the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) is working.
You will likely need to replace the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) since those functions aren't serviced separately.
