The biggest problem that It has is getting oil into the intake hose and air filter what is causing this. Thanks for any help.

Where are you referring to when you say "intake hose?"
Is the oil coming from the PCV system? If so, you likely have a severely worn engine and the excessive blow-by from that wear is causing oil to blow back through the PCV and into the air cleaner and air filter.
