    Hello Jon,

Can you tell me a little more about your situation?

Why were you having trust issues with her? She popped what question?

How old are you two? Also, how long have you been together?

This will help us understand more about what is going on.

    Thank you.

Hey jon... can you give us some more detail about your relationship so that I can help you much better on this... but for now can just say.. may be if you both had arguments on something with her she has just popped the question. She did not broke up with you just give her some time and after that try talking to her about how you feel for her and about your relationship.. than may be she can understand your feelings... if you can give me some more detail about your and her relationship it will be great...

Look in the mirror, make some changes, deal with your jealousy issues, and THEN try. If you don't do this, you will have a string of girlfriends that will dump you for the same reason. Jealousy is a relationship killing problem that can't be swept under the rug. This is your issue to confront, you'll be glad you did... it may even win back your old girlfriend. She'll know you've change when your actions toward this problem have changed, not the empty promises to never do it again. You'll be all right, this is just a learning experience that will help you grow.
