I have a 14 year old sub zero that stopped keeping the refrigerator section cold. The repair man said I needed a evaporator coil, new liquid line freeon filter, new gas charge, system flush w/nitrogen, new cold control, new shrader port and removal of old gas. The cost with the basic service call is $1800---is this excessive??
