I don't know if anything is wrong with my houses that I have lived in but my ceilings always crack.. I don't have anything wrong with my home, ceiling, roof) I recently moved out of town, got an apt and my ceiling still cracks. I went to see the land lord about my annoying problm and there's nothing wrong with my apt. I don't know? This has been on my mind for awhile now. Is there someone out there that can give me an explanation?

There can be any number of things causing the ceiling to crack.
Can u give more specific details?

Where are the cracks located? In corner where ceiling meets walls? In center of ceiling?

Do u have an attic u use for storage?

What is material of ceiling? S/R or plaster?
