    Neighbour in denial.
My neighbour stole from me a few months ago and is in denial about his guilt. He is a bully and is trying to justify violence upon me. He is a coward and is manipulating the other neighbours to do violence upon me. He hangs around all day and gossips about me. I close my door to him and his friends whom hang outside my door talking loud to intimidate me and to make me feel threatened. He walks past my door saying things like it is only a matter of time before something will happen to me.

I would try and record these threats that he is doing. I would also move my backside out as soon as possible!

I have put in my application for transfer with the Housing Authority, made recordings on my mobile phone when leaving and returning home, when loud threatening conversations are outside my door and have written to my Member of Parliament.

Definitely document everything that's going on. Your local police department should be able to give you some advice.

I am arranging for the dept housing to re-locate me. I want out! I can't rest, always on my toes. I record everything of significance. Yeah, best up and move!

I have documented all and even uploaded on my email account should something fatal befall me. The police will have full access upon my death.

You think like I do. That confirms that I'm not paranoid. Thank You!

Have you called the police? Have you told them what's going on?

You shouldn't have to live like this. He's making outright threats, and that's against the law.

If you haven't already, it's time to get the police involved, and yes, move as soon as you can to protect yourself.
