Enjoyment comes from the passion of two people who are in love, pleasing the other in the ways they can. If and when you find the right person, it will never matter.
Seriously--the kids thing will probably matter more to many women than the lack of ejaculate---as long as you are up front about it before hopping into bed.
Ejaculate or not is not a deal breaker as long as the woman you're with knows that it's not anything she's doing or not doing, and knows that you're enjoying yourself regardless.
Not being able to have kids is a deal-breaker for many women. You don't say whether you WANT kids, or whether you'd be open to fostering or adoption. That is, however, a conversation that you need to have with any woman you are looking to be seriously involved with.
