My wife has alo pecia and is losing her hair in the front part of her head. She has been feeling really stressed lately because of it and I tell her not to stress too much cause it will make it worse. There are a numbr of causes of alopecia, if no visible or evident cause she must use repeated courses of steroids

First, make sure that she sees her doctor to rule out an underlying medical condition or hormonal imbalance. Then, I would find a product containing about 5% minoxidil and use twice daily on the areas affected by hair loss.
