I have a 3/4 english bulldog 1/4 boxer mix he's 8weeks and he poops in his sleep so we put a diaper on him when he starts pooping in his sleep we try to rush him outside but he won't go and when he does go its like he really doesn't even know it s happening can anyone give some helpful advise please and thank you

Has he been vet checked for worms? Other than that I have no idea how to train him when he does it in his sleep. One of the more knowledgeable members will have more advice.

Does your dog have normal bowel movements during the day? Are the stools runny and soft or hard and round?

If your dogs is having accidents during the day, then I would lean towards incontinence, but if all is normal during the day, it could be something neurological. If this is something that is happening every night, you should seek a vet. Ask for x rays to be done, as there might be a problem with your dog not being able to fully eliminate during the day, and then releasing the last amount of feces when his body and muscles are relaxed.
