I think that evry state is different and I am fighting right now for vists but you need to stay positive and learn what all you can do and where you have to start.

Could you give us a little more insight into your situation? Your question is very broad.

Do you not currently have any visitation rights? Are you the biological or legal parent of the child in question? If yes, what led to your rights being taken away to begin with?
