All depends on a number of circumstances.

For my husband, it took almost a month to get the first payment after the order was entered. But that was because his ex-wife has a full-time job and was in arrears, so they sent an order to withhold from her paycheck because she wasn't sending it in herself.

Now, it usually takes about one to one and a half weeks to get the payment after it's made.
