Do I have to file GA income taxes.
I have taken a US job in the UK. Moved from GA. Turned home in GA into Rental. Due I have to pay GA income tax or overseas paycheck. I no longer am resident in GA. Have bank account in GA and UK and TX.

You have to pay GA taxes on your GA-based income, which means the rental income from your property there. If you moved from GA during calendar 2010 you will file a part-year resident return, and will pay GA income taxes on your income earned while a resident there, plus the ongoing rental income.
