On sep17,2010 nvc sent a letter containing visa numbers are not presently available.
My preferance category - F3
Foreign state chargeability - Nepal

Case number also created

Priority date is 12jul,2007

So how long we have to be watied to be current.

Our same date other approved pettion for F1 famely preferace has beed current its been one month , her priority date was also same 12jul,2007

Even the expiration is 12/31/2006

I feel for my stepson in June 23, 2006 ,I am a US citizen and my son was approved long ago and he is waiting for a visa two years ago. I called NVC and I was said that he is still on waiting list for a list. They encourage me to see the visa bulletin. unfortunately, I do not understand the immigration language.
Please give me some clarification.
