My mom abandon me at the age of 16 regarding my partents divorce, she kept in contact with my 2 other sister and 1 brother. She would come weekly to pick up her alamony check from my dad she would see my car outside and call both my sister outside to say hello but never would call to see me. She never payd a dime in child support for me or my younger sister but now my younger sister is now living with her and she's collecting 100 dollars a week in childsupport which I think is unfair and id like to know if I'm intitled to anything regarding the dime she never payd but now she has the nerve to collect

If there was no order, then your mother doesn't owe anything. If there was an order, the money would be due to your father - not you.

Child support is paid to the custodial parent to offset the expenses of raising the child. You are not entitled to anything.
