Respect her wishes. Leave her alone and go do your own thing.

It means that she doesn't want to hurt you, but wants you to be out of her life. So give her what she wishes, and move on with your life. Find someone that wants to be with you, don't stick around and get hurt in the end because you think there is a chance, she has told you her decision.
