What would I have to do as an U.S. citizen to move to and marry in the U.K.
My fiancé is a british citizen and we wish to marry and live in the UK. It matters not where we marry but he has children from a nother and we want to live there for them. His childern live with their mother but I also have dhildern and my youngest is diabetic and requires medication. What I'm wondering is weather or not he will fall under Englands health care program or if I will need to find a nother way to provide his meds. What is going to be our best course of action?

If you are a US citizen, moving with family to the UK, marrying a UK citizen, then his healthcare will cover you and your children. Just make sure your son has enough meds until this kicks in.

You might want to find out how moving to the UK will effect your US benefits, as you don't mention you will be returning to maintain your US citizenship. I am thinking of your ssi benefits after 62,
