I have recently been put on probation for second degree trespassing. Will I have any problems with getting into europe? I don't have an officer since my case wasn't bad either.

You will have problems getting back in to the USA upon your return. You cannot leave the state while on probation whether supervised or unsupervised. Don't go.

The law is NOT absolute. Therefore, even HERE, there are some disagreements as to what the law is... Having said that, twink and I don't agree about what "unsupervised" probation requires. I say that you DON'T have to call the PO. She says you do...

But, from your perspective, the solution is easy. Simply call the probation office and ask. If you DON'T need permission, they won't be angry with you for having called them.. But, if you DO, you'll be damn happy you did.
