Lift a piece of wood and see, but I doubt there is concrete under it.
If it is a newer style condominum then yes, concrete, but not wood on top of concrete.

Thank You. It's a 15 yr old home in Texas. I replaced a toilet a few months ago and saw concrete so I assumed concrete was under the carpet. The wood is pretty thick and flaked when I tried to pry, so before I caused more damage I wanted advice.
If your house is on a slab, no basement, then u probably have concrete under wood. The wood was used to keep down the transmission of cold from concrete. If u wood is flaking, u may have a moisture problem.
Is the tub sitting on the wood? If so u will have problem wood as tub will be too high or want to down.

My wrong. Did not read header. Sorry

You might be looking at some floor leveler, it can look like concrate or there may have been a wet bed base and tile originally. In a house this age, never can tell what's happened over the years.
