I was dignosed with PCOS- I didn't get my period for 6 weeks- I took EPT last week and it was positive but later on I kept on seeing brown spots and today I saw blood... what does that mean?

Most likely it is simply some spotting/light bleeding that can sometimes occur in early pregnancy as hormones shift and the placenta develops.

If it becomes more than just spotting, let your doctor or midwife know as miscarriage can be possible. Although even that would not automatically mean it was due to a miscarriage. If it were, there is nothing that could be done at this point, but you would want to know.
