My ovulation week was from 30th oct to 7 nov. We had sex couple of times in that week. Now am expecting my periods to start from 16th nov, that's day after. Since the signs of early pregnancy are similar to the ones before periods, am not sure if I am pregnant. So I need help to figure this out!
Though I have really bad back pain and some abdominal cramps. Sometimes its like a pinch... I also have horrible headache as soon as I wake up in the morning but that doesn't last long.. also little tenderness in breast... these days I also feel so exhausted after doing some work..
So are these signs enough to say that I am pregnant. Should I take a test at home? But I have heard, you don't get the accurate results until 7 days after you have missed your periods... or should I just see a doctor after I miss my periods?

There's no way any of us can tell you if you're pregnant. Pregnancy symptoms and PMS, flu, and other illnesses are just to close to go by symptoms alone.

You will need to take an hpt (home pregnancy test). Some women do get accurate results within days of their missed period. Make sure to get a reliable test, use first morning urine, or go to your doctor for the more accurate blood test.
