The police are trying to catch a murdered and there's a cop in a bathroom, trying to trick and capture the murderer, but the bathroom gets really steamy and the cop ends up getting killed. Then at the end, another cop is in a grocery store with the murderer and the murderer wraps the cops head in seran wrap, but the cop manages to put his finger through the seran wrap over his mouth and kills the murderer. Ahh please help me! What movie is this?
