My girfriend of 7 years and I bought a house together and she wants to leave me and has asked me to move out. Should I tell her that if she is so unhappy that she needs to move out?

Neither of you can force the other out without legal action.

I guess my question is I want to work things out and if I leave am I making it to easy for her?

I think if she wants out then she should move. As long as there's no kids involved. If there is and she's the main care giver then you leave.

Sometimes having the time apart goes a long way to either helping the relationship or helping yourself.

Legally depends on where you live. In Australia I believe the advice is not to leave the house.

There is no right or wrong here, why does she want you to move, what is happening to make you two at the point of splitting up ?
