Okay,So I have had intiment relations with this boy that just turned 16 and I snuck out to be with him like 3 times and we both like eahother a lot but my grandma doesn't trust me.Im not asking to be alone with him just like him come hang out at my house or his with people around us.so how do I convince her I'm mature enough to be with him?

But you aren't mature nor are you trustworthy. You admit you're sneaking out to be with him and have even done something illegal with him, putting him at risk to be branded a sex offender for the rest of his life.

Why should anyone trust you? I sure wouldn't.

My response stands without apology or correction. If you sleep with him, you are breaking the law. If you sneak out, you are untrustworthy.

If your grandmother does not trust you, she will not likely trust a 16 year old boyfriend of yours. Nor will she likely approve and encourage a sexual relationship with him. For many reasons. One of which you are a minor.

Here is a chart on general information on the age of consent, by state. You can further research yourself what the possible consequences are, to both you, and him, should you continue this relationship, by researching the laws in your own state.

It would be very sad to see you pregnant, or be given an STD, but these are the risks you choose to take. Just this one judgment call of you having decided to have sex at your age, tells me, that there are very good reasons that your Grandmother doesn't trust you.

Well I'm sorry that's how you feel.and I've already told my grandma I was sorry for it and she told me it was fine so I guess I have some trust from her.

You told her about the sneaking about AND the sex with a 16 y/o? Within the past hour or so since you first posted? And she said it's fine? And she trusts you now?

No I didn't have sex with him.and no I told her a couple days after it happen and she got really mad then forgave me.but she still tries to keep her eye on me.

A 16 year old boy who has "intimate relations" with a 13 yr old and who encourages that 13 yr old to sneak out is just using you for sex. You put out already and if you stand by decision to not put out anymore he will probably dump you.

A 13 yr old is, In my opinion, too young to be in a romantic relationship anyway. You have shown that you are too young by your actions. I would wait until you are 14. In the mean time, build your trust level with your grandmother so that when you reach 14 you can ask again. Initially ask only for supervised times with him.
