Hi am 17 birthday march 23 :) I have a 2yr old son and I'm expecting again... I would like to get married like ASAP my parents know I'm pregnant and all I just think marriage is the best thing. So I was wondering do I have to have parent consent?

Until you are over 18 you will need your parent's consent. I can't imagine why they would not give their consent as you have one child and another on the way.

Sorry no, in Georgia you have to be at least 18 to get a marriage license without consent of a parent.

Will this be the same father as the 2 year old ? Do you want to marry the father of the child you are now pregnant with.

Why do you think marriage is the best thing ? Are you out of high school ? Do you have a job , is the future husband working at a great job where he can support you and the family
