Does ETG tests tell which blood type I am?

No. EtG tests only for the minor metabolite of alcohol breakdown, ethylglucuronide (and sometimes ethylsulfate EtS). The test is very specific and limited. The urine sample is linked to the provider only through a chain of custody form.
