I am US citizen since 1991 and so are my two boys. I applied residency for my wife in 2002 and then did not follow the case and after that I received a letter base on cancellation of my application. I did not apply after that, now I want to apply for her. Should I mention about previous request or since I did not follow and it was cancelled then, right now consider 1st time and in the application don't need to mention anything about it.
