My ex and I are going to court in a month about custody and child support.
After he got the paper he got so angry.
He enrolled him in school for 5 days without my permittion so I talked to him and tell him that to change it to 3days because I also sign him up for school for thur and fri by my house.
We agreed to that but when weds's night came, I went to the house I didn't see my son there and his dad was working. My son's dad let his mother take my son to ny and didn't come back that night when I suppose to have my son.

So he said"he is stay with me mon to fri and if you like you can come get him on firday night.
I have my son now but I don't want to bring him back because I feel like what he did was wrong and I don't want to go thur that again.
Do I have the right to keep my son until the court decide?
(in two week in going to the court)

If there is no current custody order, you may keep physical custody of your son.

When you filed with the courts was there a temoprary order that went with it? It should say in the order what is happening with the children.
