Hello I have a child that's 6 months, I live in Illinois.
I filed child support and now he wants visitation rights, will he be about to take the child away from my house with out me their with them?

He'll have to go through the court do get visitation and it will be up to the judge to determine what's best for the child in terms of visitation.
