    Hi are yorkie just had pups today and the one is very small and won't eat , what can I do so she will be OK

    You will probably need to bottle feed her, or if that doesn't work you will need to tube feed.

    Have you taken all the pups and the mother to the vet yet?

    Your vet will instruct you on the quantity of puppy formula to bottle feed.
    If the pup needs tube feeding, unless you have done it before or really know what your are doing I would say leave the pup at the vets for them to do it.
    Tube feeding involves putting a tube down the pups throat directly into the stomach, if you aren't confident it can end up in the lungs.

    I too had issues with our small yorkie pup. He was mopy and didn't eat. It turned out being low blood sugar which is coomon in puppies so litte as this (so the doc said)

    It is important that the puppy gets fed. Whether this is by bottle, tube, mother etc...

    Not for a newborn puppy. At this stage the puppy can't handle food, only milk (either mothers, or formula).
