I cannot enter my power on password.. The letter keys are locked.. When I press them I hear a beep but no action.. NUM Lock works and will input.. CAP lock works but no letters will work.. I have a new keyboard on it thinking that was the issue and it is still laughing at me.. CAN ANYONE HELP WITH THIS ISSUE... PLEASE..
