I was told in Israel that I cannot keep my green card if I am an Israeli citizen. How do I give it up?

Go to the US embassy or consulate and fill out the form I-407, you will be scheduled for an interview to submit to CONOFF with your PR card. The CONOFF needs to establish that you are knowingly and voluntarily relinquishing PR.

Ok, seem to have found the form 1-407 I need to give up my green card: I just did a live search on Google for "form 1-407" and that came up/
