What have you tried so far?

And your question is not clear. You want to remove sulfuric acid using sodium bicarbonate and magnesium sulfate?

I think we have two separate reactions. First, the neutralization of sulfuric acid with sodium bicarbonate. The second would concern the use of anhydrous magnesium sulfate as a drying agent.
Reactions of carbonates and bicarbonates with acid have been covered here ad naseum. Magnesium sulfate picks up water and becomes a hydrated crystal, MgSO4.nH2O, It is an excellent drying agent, often used in organic synthesis.
