    Pregnancy Woes...
I am currently pregnant w/ my fourth child, and when they say every pregnancy is different, it's the truth.

Recently, I've been having horrible sinus infections. One on top of the other.. and my allergies have been crazy. I went to my OB and he prescribed some medications, but now it's leading me to another problem..

I have horrible muscle stiffness in my thighs. I know I used to get really bad charlie horses when I was pg. w/ no. 2 and 3. But this is different. My legs are so stiff, that I hobble around like an elderly woman! I'm only 26!

Somebody mentioned a potassium deficiency. If that was the case, I would be getting cramps in my lower legs, right?

    Ugh, so confused.

    Help!

I believe it will be in your legs period and probably other places too. Are you taking any prenatal vitamins? Eat lot of bananas.

Potassium deficiency can affect the muscles of the entire body including and especially the heart. It is NOT limited to the lower leg area.

Eat your potassium rich foods and speak with your doctor to have a test done to see if in fact this is what it is.

Eat more bananas and take vitamins... are you on your feet a lot? Are your legs and thighs getting enough blood circulation? Try to excerise a bit each day... go walking.I do know if you sit in same position for a long period it can do same thing
