I had the paragard IUD put in in December 2009 and have been regular until last month. Last month I was a week late and this month I am 2+ weeks late. I have been very tired and had heartburn but other than that I feel fine. I have took 2 home pregnanacy tests and both were negative. I am 31, married and sexually active. So not sure what is going on?

A home pregnancy test is all right, but I would call the office of whomever put the IUD in. Ask to speak to the Dr's nurse, and tell her your symptoms. They usually grab your chart and run it past the Dr, and then the nurse can call you back with a recommendation. Or the Dr may call if he has any further questions, and he can prescribe something for your heartburn, if he thinks you need it.
