    I went to US to marry a US citizen he ended up imprisoning me in an abusive relationship we never did marry I fought to get away because I was illegal I overstayed 3 years if I wanted to go on holiday would I be allowed if I am barred from the US how long would it be for He had lied to me throughout personally I would not go near the state he is in but I do have friends in another US state I've tried to get info but I cannot get information

    If you overstayed for more than 1 year, your visa has been cancelled and you must apply for a new visa and request a 212(d)(3) waiver of the 10-year bar.

    Not easy as you are a long-term overstay and your reason for visit is not compelling.
