I had got locked up on 2nd degree assult charges but the case was dismiss and non process I am currently on probation and do know that means a violation and my probation officer said she put the violation in 30 dys ago but it still has not pop up in the system is there any way that I can talk to my probation judge and get reinstated and get an court order so I will not have to go back to jail

Being charged with a crime is NOT a violation. NOT telling your PO that you were charged might be a violation. Being found guilty of a new charge would be a violation... But, simply being charged is NOT a violation.

If your PO violated you 30 days ago, and you're NOT in jail, you're not going to be put in jail before your hearing in front of the judge. I can't even believe that's going to happen, though, because you have NOT violated...

Yes, it's true. Some PO's don't know the law very well, and some are just flat out liars.
